Q. How soon will my magazines begin service after I place the order?
A. Daily papers take 2 to 4 weeks to start service. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for weekly and bi-weekly subscriptions and 6 to 10 weeks for monthly magazines. Publishers of bi-monthly and certain monthly titles may take longer to begin.

Q. How can I tell when my subscription will expire?
A. The expiration date for a magazine is printed on the mailing label. The way the expiration date is presented will vary from magazine to magazine, but it should appear similar to the graphic below. It will state the month and year in whatever format the publisher has designated. An expiration date of October 2000 may show up as either 10/00 or OC 00 or OCT 00, or even as specific as OCT 16 00. Q. How do I change my address?
A. Simply fill out the Change of Address Form. We will change your address in our system and contact the publishers of your magazines for you. It takes 6 to 10 weeks for the change to take affect on your magazine labels. If you are moving sooner than this time frame, file a Change of Address order with your local post office and specify that you would like your magazines forwarded.

We can also change the address on magazines not ordered through us. For this service, please call our toll-free number at the top of the page.

Q. What if I am moving out of the country?
A. Unfortunately, orders placed through our service cannot be delivered outside of the US and its territories. If you are leaving the United States permanently, we can cancel your magazine and refund payment for the unused portion. If you will be returning to the United States, we can put your magazine on temporary suspension. This will stop your magazines while you are out of the country and service can resume when you return. The issues that should have arrived while you were gone will be added to the end of your subscription.

Q. Will my Playboy or Playgirl magazine arrive discreetly packaged?
A. Playboy is delivered in a thick, gray, translucent plastic wrap, so the cover of the magazine is not highly visible, although their return address is printed on the outside. Playgirl doesn't arrive with a wrapped cover, but you can ask the publisher to send your issues in a large envelope for an additional charge.

Q. Will I receive the magazine on the same day of the week/month each time an issue is delivered?
A. No. Unfortunately, postal service delivery is not that consistent.

Q. What should I do if I have problems with my magazine, for example, I miss an issue, receive duplicates, or receive a damaged copy?
A. Complete the appropriate Quick Form (see links at the top of this page on the left), and we will contact the publisher(s) for you. Or, if you prefer, you can call us at 1-800-351-5223 to resolve the problem.

Q. What if I am not happy with a magazine?
A. Use the Cancel Subscription form or call our toll-free number and we will cancel the magazine for you. We can apply the payment for undelivered issues to a different magazine or send you a refund.

Q. Will I receive my magazine in the mail before it appears on the newsstand?
A. Most magazines are sent to subscribers around the same time they hit the newsstand, but it varies depending on the policies of the individual publisher. Where you live and how your particular post office handles delivery of periodicals can also be a factor. Also, retail stores will occasionally put magazines on their shelves before the published date.
